Thank you Mom

I am no more kid now if calculation is done on years and numbers,

But even today I need your tender care to safeguard myself under uncertain thunder,

Today I earn and capable of earning my livelihood,

But even my survival at present is only because of your motherhood,

I am known to many people now,

But you have made me what I am today,

I am skilled and equipped with set of knowledge required,

But this has been possible only and only because;
Your presence has served as source of light for me to travel so long.

Let it be any component of my life,
Let it be any phase of my life,
You have been integral part of it,
As I owe this my birth to you.

I remember that,
When ever illness covers me up from all available directions,

Before any medication gets started to heal me up,

Its your care and love which gets my immune system ready to light its bulb,

Its only and only your care and love,

Which you have always showered upon me,
That I feel good even when I am blue,

Before any diagnosis has been undertaken upon me,

You proactively detect my problem and solve it for your little bee.

All these things are not easy for normal human mom,

But I thank god for giving me super human in form of you,
Whom I can pray even without visiting temple.

I also recollect that,

Whenever I am stuck in certain web of problem,

I always look towards you expecting concrete solution,

This itself shows my dependency on you,

And I am proud of my this move.

Are only words enough to thank you mom?
I don’t know
But my respect for you has been compounded year on year,

And I believe my life is meaningless without you now.
